Gift Card Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to digital gift cards (“Gift Cards”) issued by Charmonia LLC (“Charmonia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, receiving, or redeeming a Charmonia Digital Gift Card, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of the Gift Card
Charmonia Gift Cards are digital only.
Gift Cards are delivered electronically via email and contain a unique redemption code.
No physical card will be issued.
2. Redemption
Gift Cards may be redeemed online at charmonia.com by entering the unique code at checkout.
Gift Cards may be applied toward eligible merchandise only and cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
If the purchase total exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
3. No Expiration; No Fees (California Compliance)
No Expiration: Charmonia Digital Gift Cards do not expire.
No Fees: We do not charge dormancy fees, inactivity fees, service fees, or maintenance fees that reduce the value of the Gift Card.
These provisions comply with applicable California law governing gift cards and gift certificates.
4. Cash Redemption of Low Balances
In accordance with California law, if the remaining balance on a Gift Card is less than ten dollars ($10), the holder may request the balance to be redeemed for cash. Charmonia will honor such requests as required by law.
5. Non-Refundability
Gift Card purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable, except where required by law.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash except as described in Section 4.
6. Loss, Theft, or Unauthorized Use
Treat your Gift Card code like cash.
Charmonia is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or misused Gift Card codes, including use by an unauthorized third party.
Replacement may be considered at our discretion if proof of purchase can be provided and the Gift Card has not been redeemed.
7. Transferability
Gift Cards may be transferred by the purchaser or recipient by sharing the digital code. However, the person who redeems the code will be deemed the authorized user.
8. Fraud and Abuse
Charmonia reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel a Gift Card or related orders if we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Charmonia’s liability for any Gift Card claim shall not exceed the remaining balance on the Gift Card. We are not responsible for technical issues, email delivery failures, or typographical errors beyond our reasonable control.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
