HEREU

Founded in 2014 by José Luis Bartolomé and Albert Escribano, HEREU is a Spanish accessories label rooted in the Mediterranean heritage of its founders’ native Valencia and Mallorca. Taking its name from the Catalan word for “heir,” the brand reinterprets traditional Spanish craftsmanship through effortlessly modern shoes, bags, and leather goods shaped by folk techniques, modernist art, and organic forms. Each piece is handcrafted in Spain by family-run workshops using consciously sourced materials, including Spanish and Italian leathers that are repurposed by-products of the food industry.
