Depending on the facility, its partners hold certifications and standards including Responsible Jewellery Council membership, ISO 9001 quality management, ISO 14001 environmental management, occupational health and safety certification, and GIA or IGI gemological certification; its gold suppliers also follow traceability requirements such as the LBMA Good Delivery List and RJC Chain-of-Custody standards.
