Wooden Boules Game - Petanque

You're probably familiar with Bocce ball, from Italy, but have you heard of the French boules game, Petanque? Wooden Boules, also known as Petanque, is a classic French game that has been popular for generations. The game consists of a set of wooden balls and a smaller target ball, called a jack or cochonnet. Players take turns rolling their wooden balls towards the lift, trying to get as close to it as possible. The aim of the game is to outmaneuver your opponents by strategically placing the balls in positions that make it difficult for them to score points. Points are usually awarded based on the distance of the balls from the lifter at the end of each round.
