In-stock items ship in 3 to 7 business days from when you place your order.
For made-to-order styles, Ghibli can take anywhere from 3 to 12 weeks to create their pieces. As a small, family-run business with typically high demand, production time highly depends on the artisans' current workload. Estimated production time will be emailed for your approval as soon as its available after you place your pre-order. A 50% deposit will be charged only after you agree to the estimated production time for your selection.
We ship in-stock pieces from Southern California within 5 to 7 business days.
For made-to-order items shipped from Italy, import taxes or duties are processed and paid for by GHIBLI SRL once your order has been shipped. You don't have to worry about duties for this brand. You only pay for shipping.
