Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that some items are not eligible for returns or are only eligible for partial refund. Always check each individual product page (under the ‘Shipping and Returns’ tab) for any additional information about returning that specific product. More information on returning certain common items is provided below.
Items to be returned must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unstained, and unaltered in any way. Any deodorant stains, make-up stains, food stains, shimmer, snags, or odors will render the item as worn and not eligible for return. All tags must remain securely attached, and the items must be in their original, unaltered condition in their original packaging. Please make sure to tightly seal the package. A loss of item(s) or damages from transit will result in returns being rejected.
Please note that we do not offer free returns at this time.
Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return. This allows for transit time and inspection of the return product(s). Once the return is accepted and passes quality inspection, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment minus the shipping cost. Please note made-to-order items are only eligible for a 50% refund.
Holiday Returns
Items purchased as gifts between December 1-25th can be returned by January 9th of the following year.
Exchanges
Returns for store credit can be made within 14 days of delivery.
Gift cards or store credit cannot be used for made-to-order items.
Size Exchanges
Complementary size exchanges on standard sizes can be made within 14 days of delivery and are subject to in-stock availability. This excludes made-to-order items, unless the size you need is available in-stock and ready to ship. Please note customized or made-to-measure items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Charmonia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
In case of any damage upon receipt or order error on our part, please provide proof and promptly notify us by emailing care@charmonia.com within 2 days of delivery.
Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel an order please contact us at care@charmonia.com within 24 hours after your purchase.
Orders for items to be made can be canceled for a full refund so long as the designer hasn't started creating your item(s). It's important you notify us as soon as possible. If you request to cancel an order after the designer has started working on it or if the piece is already finished, you have up to 14 days after delivery to make a return.
Please note, we reserve the right to retain the 50% deposit for your made-to-order item(s). Kindly understand that we are a small business working with other small businesses that dedicate limited time and funds to create these pieces especially for you.
Returning certain types of items:
Made to Order Items
* Made-to-order items in standard sizes and colors can be returned for a 50% refund. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges can only be made for items available in-stock.
Made-to-Measure items and custom colored items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Clothing
Swimwear must have intact linings and tags to be eligible for returns.
Panties and thongs are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Bras must be clean and unworn with securely attached tags.
Footwear
Shoes must not have any markings or odors or they will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please make sure to try them on clean carpet and wear clean socks or a protective foot sleeve when trying on to keep them in returnable condition. Please make sure to return in all original packaging.
Socks will only be considered for returns or exchanges if they are in their original condition and packaging with securely attached tags. Worn socks will not be accepted.
Accessories
Handbags must be returned with their original dust bag and packaging.
Sunglasses and frames must be returned with the microfiber cloth and in their original casing and packaging, free of scratches or markings.
Jewelry
All fine jewelry (solid gold etc.) is final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Fantasy (or costume) jewelry as well as Demi (gold filled, plated, etc.) should be clean, unworn, and in original condition and packaging. All pieces should be in their respective bags and/or boxes they arrived in and include any product booklets or information they came with.
Beauty Products
Products like soaps, lotions, serums, creams, and makeup must be sealed in their original, unopened packaging.
Fragrances cannot be returned once the outer or plastic packaging has been unsealed.
Towels and washcloths are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Furniture
Furniture is not eligible for returns unless damaged in transit. Damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery in order for us to record the damage with our furniture supplier and issue a refund.
Lighting products must be in original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.
