Global shipping is available and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Orders shipped from the U.S. to international destinations may be subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Duty-free eligibility is determined by local customs. Should there be shipping restrictions, we will inform you as soon as possible and do our best to find a solution. Please be aware that we reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of inadequate shipping choices for your destination.
We are unable to cover any duties for brands shipping internationally directly to you. Please make sure to note shipping information on each product's page, as some products ship directly from the designer in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, or Australia and may be subject to customs. We do our best to provide the most up-to-date information on this. Please check our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.

Charmonia is not liable for any delays due to customs clearance or payment approval issues. We do our best to minimize any unnecessary delays.
Delivery times depend on where your order is shipped from and your destination. We ship orders for products we have in stock within 3 to 7 business days from when you've placed your order.
Delivery details will be sent via email when your product ships and will include tracking information. For the estimated time to ship, please review each product's shipping and returns information under the product's description on the product page.

Products
We follow a slow fashion philosophy and keep a low inventory, changing sizes we typically hold in stock according to current demand. That being said, we want to provide an inclusive service for all sizes. In addition to our made-to-order pieces, we offer additional sizes of most of our in-stock styles on demand. (Please note that some pieces are simply what remains of that particular style or are one-of-a-kind creations the designer made with leftover fabric.)
If you don't see your size, please reach out to us and we'll do our absolute best to secure your size quickly. Many of our made-to-order designers also offer custom sizing on request. This assures you receive a piece with a completely tailored fit, made just for you! ♡
This indicates that the product is on its way to us or is produced in batches and is made available for purchase before production is completed or before we've placed the order with the designer. You'll see this if a particular style or size is available on-demand.
Every designer has a different lead time (the total duration from a customer's request/order to actual delivery). Please make sure to check the product description or click on the designer or brand name found above the product title on the product page. This will take you to the designer's collection where you can scroll down for more information on the designer's lead time.
Some of our brands and designers offer custom sizing or colors. If you have a special request that's not offered in the the product's variant choices, please reach out to us. We'll do our best to accommodate your request and see what we are able to do for you.

Charmonia is a curated, digital-first concept boutique focused on premium and luxury fashion, beauty, and home pieces from independent designers and small ateliers worldwide. Our catalog prioritizes slow fashion, craftsmanship, and responsible sourcing and production.
Charmonia bridges premium ready-to-wear with luxury made-to-order pieces, placing equal emphasis on who made each item and how it was made. We work closely with local independent designers as well as artisan ateliers around the world that produce in small batches or on a made-to-order basis, allowing us to reduce overproduction while telling deeper stories around craftsmanship and origin.
Charmonia was founded in 2023 in Southern California as an idea rooted in slow fashion principles and developed through a period of local testing and careful refinement. This process centered on curating global partners aligned with our values and shaping the brand’s philosophy, leading to an official launch in 2025.
