More About Homelosophy's Modern Rugs

Homelosophy's white sheepskin rugs begin their story in the wild landscapes of Patagonia, where nature’s purity inspires every fiber. Each rug is made from ethically sourced shearling, tanned in small batches, and handcrafted by their skilled artisans.

Unlike synthetic lookalikes, these sheepskin rugs breathe, adapt, and evolve with your space. Their softness is not only visual but tangible—offering unmatched comfort and natural beauty. From tonal inlays to irregular shapes, Homelosophy's rugs are tailored to those who seek authenticity, artistry, and slow design.

100% Patagonian Shearling

Care: Regular gentle vacuuming and spot cleaning with a damp cloth help maintain its natural look. Professional cleaning is recommended for deeper care.

Homelosophy works exclusively with natural fibers and emphasizes a minimal-waste, made-to-order production model. Its textiles are free from chemical dyes and bleaches. Materials are sourced locally from trusted Patagonian ranches with a focus on longevity and reduced disposable design.

Each piece is handcrafted in Homelosophy’s family-run workshop in Patagonia, Argentina, where the brand oversees production from material selection through final construction. The company works with skilled local artisans using traditional techniques, sourcing materials such as traceable hides, sheepskin, merino wool, and alpaca from small Patagonian farms and regional suppliers.

This rug is made to order and takes approximately 5-8 weeks to ship. Once created, the rug will ship from Florida within 3 to 5 business days.
