Fulfillment
ITEMS WE CARRY LOCALLY IN CALIFORNIA
- We fulfill in-stock orders within the United States using UPS® Ground. For faster delivery, we also offer UPS 2nd Day Air®.
- For international orders, we offer your choice of DHL Express Worldwide, FedEx International Connect Plus®, and DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct. Please note, DHL Express Worldwide and FedEx International Connect Plus® does not ship to P.O. Box addresses. If you need to ship to an international P.O. Box, please select "DHL eCommerce" for shipment.
Once you've placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. You will then receive a separate email with your order's tracking number when it's ready to ship, which is typically within 1 to 3 business days from when you've placed your order. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship, as some orders require extra time to process and prepare for shipment.
If you need your items delivered sooner, please reach out to us at care@charmonia.com with your order number and let us know when you need it by. We'll do our best to accommodate and get you your items in time for your event!
ORDERS FULFILLED BY THE DESIGNER OR BRAND
Some items are shipped directly from the product's brand or designer. Please be sure to check each individual product page under the shipping & delivery tab beneath the product's description. The shipping cost for these items are set by the carrier the brand uses. If the brand offers free shipping, you don't pay for shipping on these items!
MADE-TO-ORDER
Every designer has their own manufacturing timeline. Please make sure to check each individual product page under the 'shipping and delivery' tab beneath the product's description. On the product's page, you can also click on the designer's name above the product title and that will take you to the designer's collection page where you can scroll down and read more about their process and timelines.
PRE-ORDER & ON-DEMAND
For pre-orders or orders we stock on demand, you will receive a tracking email as soon as we've received the stock and shipped your items. Please be sure to check each individual product page under the 'shipping and delivery' tab beneath the product's description for estimated shipping time.
ORDERS CONTAINING MULTIPLE TYPES OF FULFILLMENT
For orders that contain both local/in-stock and made-to-order items or orders from multiple brands with their own fulfillment timelines, you may receive multiple shipment notification emails to track the status of each package. If one or more of the brands in your order offer free shipping, you don't pay for shipping on those items.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product’s shipping origin.
Shipping Cost
Estimated shipping costs are available at check-out.
Many of our designers and brand partners offer free shipping and you will see this reflected on those items in your order at check-out.
For our local, in-stock items, we offer free shipping on orders over $500 within the contiguous United States. Please note we are not able to offer free shipping for international orders or orders for states outside the contiguous United States at this time.
Missing Package
If an order has been marked delivered but it has not been received, please contacts us at care@charmonia.com within 24 hours so we can submit a claim. Please note, once a claim with the courier is initiated it can take up to 3-7 business days for us to receive a claim number. If the claim is approved, replacement goods (if available) will be shipped or a refund will be issued. If a claim is rejected by the courier after providing proof of delivery, we cannot provide a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address
Please note that we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address that we were provided with. Make sure to verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order, as it is not possible to redirect orders once shipped.
International Duties & Taxes
FOR OUTGOING ORDERS
(Customers outside of the United States)
Orders to be shipped from the U.S. to international destinations may be subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. To make this process easier, duties are calculated and paid at check-out, so there are no surprises or added delays through customs. Duty-free eligibility is determined by local customs. Please consult your local customs authority's website for specific details.
For items that are shipped directly from the brand or designer, please note that some local designers pay for duties while others don't. Any relevant information is mark under the product's shipping & delivery tab beneath the product's description.
Charmonia is not liable for any delays due to customs clearance or payment approval issues. We do our best to minimize any unnecessary delays.
FOR INCOMING ORDERS
(U.S. Customers ordering items that ship from Europe, South America, or Australia)
Please be aware that we are unable to cover any duties for brands shipping internationally directly to you. For items shipped from the brand or designer, please note some brands or designers pay for duties, while others don't at this time. We've made sure to clearly mark this under the product's shipping & delivery tab beneath the product's description.
We take care of any duties for orders made within the U.S. that are shipped from brands or designers overseas to us first. Please always be sure to check each individual product page under the 'shipping and delivery' tab beneath the product's description to know where your items will ship from.
