Ordering Details
Que Shebley takes approximately 20 to 40 business days to handcraft each pair of shoes, depending on current workload. In total, please allow up to 6 weeks from when you place your order to when the designer ships your order.
In-stock items ship in 3 to 7 business days from when you place your order.
Standard sizes run true to size unless otherwise noted in product description. If you are between shoe sizes and half-sizes aren't available for a particular style, size up.
Custom sizing and tailoring may be available on request for some styles. Please read individual product descriptions to see if it's available for that specific item and for instructions on how to submit your customizations. Alternatively, you can always feel free to contact us directly with any requests before placing an order and we'll see what we are able to do for you
